The 3300 Club: A Lost Neighborhood Staple

The 3300 Club, located at 3300 Mission Street, was a quintessential neighborhood dive bar on the border of the Mission and Bernal Heights. Established in 1956, it was cherished by locals for its unpretentious atmosphere and served as a community hub for over 60 years. Sadly, the bar was permanently closed after a devastating fire in June 2016, but this photo serves as a reminder of a beloved local spot that will not be forgotten.

For years, it was a staple of the San Francisco music scene, hosting a wide variety of local and touring bands. Known for its intimate setting, it was a cherished spot for discovering new music before it permanently closed in early 2014.
